Smoked Meat Seasonings

Smokehouse Many different spice blends are manufactured here at our spice shop and offered to you “factory-direct” through the spokanespice.com online store. We have directions as to usage and proper measurements and are designed so you can use your dry food measuring cup and also the measuring spoons that I am sure you have in your kitchen. So if you do not have scales to measure the portions then you can use these other tools to do that for you.

The proper amount of Curing compound will be included along with your order. You can buy extra amounts of cure by looking under “Extras” on the list of Smoke Meat Blends.

Don’t forget to order your Hog Casings so you can stuff your sausage and make links or you can just leave in rope form (not linked) and hang that way to cook and smoke.

If you have never made Smoked Sausages we can teach you how and it will be fun and easy. Just remember one thing and that is to follow the directions.

Fresh Meat All of the many different blends that are manufactured here at our spice shop will have there own directions as to usage and proper measurements and are designed so you can use your dry food measuring cup and also the measuring spoons that I am sure you have in your kitchen. All Purpose BBQ Sauces

 

Hong Sauce The presise origin of BBQ sauce is unclear. The ingredients vary widley even with individual countries, but most include some variation of vinegar and tomato paste as a base. From Virgina To Texas, 19th century accounts are remarkably similar in their discriptions of BBQ sauce. In 1882, a reporter from the Baltamore Sun visited a Virginia barbeque and noted male cooks mopping meat with a "gravy of butter, salt, vinegar and black pepper. A guest at a San Antonio barbeque, in 1883 recorded the sauce as "Butter with a mixture of pepper salt and vinegar".

We at Spice Blenders have searched out these great products. They have been tested in hundreds of Super Market Demonstrations. The products that the sauces were being sprinkled on were not only meats but, Rice, Chicken, and even vegetables. The customers were amazed how good it was on the meat and then to sprinkle on vegetables too.
